@Gaz and Stan - we've been through this before. Remember the Milton Keynes roundabout thread?

Funny what you remember and what you forget. One guy in the office - can never remember his name.

Turns out it's David. Laughing

My Vreds are fine but then again I do run them at the pressures recommended for a fully laden RR. So far tyre wear appears even across the width of all tyres. I just feel a bit cheated that I am yet to use them in proper snow. Travelling around in circles again.

Used mine in proper snow on the Julier Pass during a storm yesterday. The road was covered in snow and ice, and the wind was so strong that at times you had to stop as you couldn't see anything. Vreds were excelent. Thumbs Up

My Conti's did also wear on the edges very quickly on my L322. I have them now on my L405 both as a all-season and winter tyre and they wear evenly (22 inch Style 7 wheels).

Vreds tend to scrub the outside edges too.

Some have reported doing some very high miles on Vreds.

They wear well, I just find the edges of the fronts smooth off - I'm on my second set and have rotated both sets each season as the front outside edges always seem to go - correct pressures & checked regularly.

Probably just my driving Whistle

It's only about 10-15% of the overall width, so not a huge issue. I still love them and will no doubt be ordering a third set once these are gone - at 5mm now so will probably get next winter out of them.
