2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

Impressive what a little color can do!

Had some spare time yesterday so i decided to paint my rear muffler that was pretty worn.
All and all it took about 1h and what a differance. The muffler is pretty visible when seeing the car from behind so i really think this will enhance the overall apperance.

2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

The dealer that I bought the car from had made a hash of painting the rear box, so I just took a rotary brush to it, then 5 minutes with some scotchbrite pad and 40 minutes later..... Ta dahh.

I little polish every now and again, job done, it is stainless after all.

Bloody great job guys. Mine looks worse than yours did Starberg.

Could be a job for tomorrow. I've also got a rattle coming from the exhaust which I'm guessing could be a loose clip or something.

Do I need any prep or can I just go crazy with a rattle can of Hammerite. A couple of coats?

To be honest I'm not sure, put a magnet to it, the outer skin should not be magnetic although it might pick up some mild steel baffles inside that are next to the skin 2010 5.0 SC Autobiography

Mines a 2003 4.4 and stainless all the way. Think all FFs have stainless! L322 Vogue 2003

Did mine this morning. It's tempting to go crazy with the spray can so had to restrain myself although I probably should have done the pipe as well.

Used hammerite but it seemed to go on very thin.
