Facelift the dealer was referring to as per the front end - we didn't discuss the remainder of the vehicle Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #15

As far as I'm aware, there are no changes to the sheetmetal of the car at all - lights are different, front bumper looks slightly different (vents etc.). Externally only minor changes; internally the adoption of the Velar-style dual screens, wheel buttons etc.

Seems clear in this picture from the Technical Manual that the new lights are the same size and shape:

2015 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Corris Grey

I was told that the vehicle facelift has been specifically designed so it is VERY difficult/expensive for people to 'facelift' Gen 1 L405s. LR really weren't happy with what happened to the L322.

United Kingdom 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Aintree Green

@ Trommel - having seen the back lights, I think you're right, but the way that they've been redesigned, they look a lot bulkier, even if it's no more than an optical illusion
Still happily running the D4, until the Aintree Green / Ivory SDV8 FFRR arrives.
Build scheduled for completion on 15/9/17; just waiting for it to be delivered from Solihull to North Devon now Very Happy
