My 2004 4.4 doesn’t use any oil so yours is going somewhere. That’s is a lot to lose so have you checked your cam covers and also check that your dipstick has a slight vacuum using a bit of cling film or latex glove for an indication of PCV system health.

That sounds like a faulty switch or pump you need it sorted asap engines cost a lot more than switches or pumps |

Those temperatures are fine, mine was getting up to 115 deg c due to bad bleeding. i bought an adapter and pressure gauge that plugs into the oil pressure sender on the oil filter housing. |

No, mine was as above, it was overheating slightly due to bad bleeding. I have also fitted the 80 degree stat mod. now, My temp was going over 110 degrees. C

Curious...The instrument cluster temp gauge didnt show the slight overheat due to bad bleeding? |
