It's all within warranty but if brakes related, I'm sure it will be 'wear and tear'!!
The noise isn't constant and only appears under load on left bends/turns ....

Thanks - the level 4 mechanic/technician thought that may be it but it is now worse if anything - which I guess means it MAY actually be that but needs proper TLC ....

TDV8 4.4 Autobiography. (2012)
On slow speed left bends, especially under braking load, there is a distinctive 'scraping noise' from the front offside wheel. May be rear, hard to tell!
