Olympic Torch Relay - Sadness at lack of RR's

Watched the Olympic Torch Relay in Bakewell today - a good show for all. Very Happy

Not really bothered about the Samsung / Coke / Lloyds circus, but what a real shame the convoy didn't consist of Land Rovers ie FF's . . . and/or XF Jaguars. It was full of Bavarian taxis. Sad

Could have been worse I suppose - there weren't any X6's Whistle

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Scotland 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Oslo Blue

I think the same thing every time I see the torch parade, but of a gaff on Land Rover's part eh? The reason women's minds are cleaner than a mans mind is that women change their minds more often!
When women say fine a mans in deep doodoo as fine has so many meanings.

They were there in force (along with Bentley and RR) for the jubilee, which was more important than an over hyped sports day designed to raise money for tax dodgers.

My relatives live on the route of the torch so turned out with their village to watch the torch going through Bow down

Police motorbike and car shot through doing well over the regulatory 30 with blues and twos followed by a coach and cars all full of advertising and they never even saw the torch Rolling Eyes
