Ok i removed all the trim today and it seems like the problem is that black nylon/plastic nut.

Hi muffster, would say around 30 Euro incl. shipping in a little package with tracking number, it is half an hour work, but not in black plastic, it is grey nylon, and worked per handcraft, not per computer. If interest, send me your paypal adress, I send you an moneyasking. Regards, Uli L405 SDV8 2017 + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021 |

Gentleman, very easy job, believe me! You must build out the two plastic-shapes at the steering-wheel (3 screws), also the shape in the footroom at the pedals, then you can take a little inbus with (german word: kleiner Ratsche mit Gelenk und Verlängerung), and screw out the two inbus bolts not complete out, only 80%, then with a plastic-tool the spindle push down, and then the old nut out, and the new nut in, you will see it. Then the two inbus, and all will function with some oil-spray.

@ Craig, is the same way, LHD or RHD, when you work this for the first time, it is half easy, but when you do it like I the 10th time, I could work without eyes in a dark car..., it is a construction-mistake!!! RR-stealers, also mine in germany don´t want fit my part. because they can earn on a complete column much more...., here I could help my RR-friends with a cheap part, read the german AUTOBILD newspaper, No.28/2012, or look in google: Ulrich-Hudetz Range Rover, there it is to read about the steerings....
