Ok, I keep getting check coolant level on my dash even though I've just topped up and bled the cooling system. I've pressure tested the system using a Blue Point kit and the gauge does not budge. I've also done a gas test to detect combustion gases and that's coming back clear also.

When I was on the spanners some years ago, I used pressure testers a lot. If there was so much as a pin hole anywhere, it would be very obvious very quickly. Sometimes, that pin hole under pressure would get a lot worse and gush out.

There was a very small leak on one of the hoses from the head where they join with a Y jct. It evaportates before it has chance to drip anywhere. | ||

However, this doesn't help with coolant loss.
