No comments? So ls that clear film normal and used to apply the antenna? I thought they would have been inside the glass. |

You can normally feel the aerial wires on the "inside" face of the glass. They are not embedded in the glass.

The factory tint isn't a film. The actual glass is tinted afaik, the way to check is if you can obviously see the heated screen elements from the outside of the car then it is an aftermarket tint. If you can't see them then it is factory.

it might be to protect the glass (and radio aerials) from being scratched by dogs in the back or something.
