EDIT. I'm not averse to paying a reasonable amount for a guide. Gotta be cheaper than damaging the RR.

Since there are 23 signed up to this I think changing the date would be awkward. Some of us have booked accommodation for that date as well.

I take it that we still don't have an organiser since Dan's now (obviously) seen the thread and I don't see him signed up either. Does anyone object to asking one of the D3 boyes to do this? If not I'll try and find a suitable candidate.

you definatly need someone with experiance and preferably local knowlegde to lead you round, its litterally a minefield out there if you pardon the pun.

Oh not being derogatory - appreciate you're one of the more helpful ones on here, but there's still nobody organising. Sad

I'd do it but I know nowt about the plains and I live in North Warwickshire so a quick reccy would take me 2 days. For the record though I AM happy to help out but need telling what to do. If it were in the Midlands I'd be doing it since I know the area very well. It's the lack of local knowledge which would stop me for this.

Guessing it won't happen then unless someone steps up. Big Cry

1. Change date to 3rd and have some guides from landytown.com help us out
OR
2. Ask one of the D3 chaps
