This is a fantastic car. Hides is mileage very well, and drives as well (if not better) than any other L322 I've had a pleasure of driving

Id been looking at 5.0's just last week, but if I bought another car, I think the wife would kick me out Laughing

I keep making not so subtle hints to my wife about this but she’s pointing her deaf ear in my general direction.

I’m sooooooo tempted. Rolling Eyes Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

My perfect spec... could I just ask, if driven normally what is the range shown after a full fill up?

I’d be tempted to switch from my near immaculate 2010 TDV8 in same colour but unfortunately I think mines now worth about £3.50

My wife has not killed me for suggesting it... does it have a ski hatch?

Mines an L405 Petrol so not quite like for like but the Range figure is like the mpg figure, rather optimistic.

Generally when fully brimmed from empty (approximately £110] if I use the whole tank for stop start journeys I’ll get 250 miles before refuelling, on a mixture of stop/start and motorway runs that jumps to 280. On a long motorway run the figure jumps to between 330 and 360 miles depending on speed.

As you can see they’re not exactly long range vehicles Very Happy

Short journeys are the killer, especially as it’s so hard not to get over enthusiastic with the Go peddle Cool
Only when safe to do so of course.

It’s not an issue for me because I only cover big mileages on driving holidays, overall I’m less than 8k a year.

If you’re a 12k+ mileage a year kind of driver I’d go Diesel, if less give the Petrol a try, they really are a hoot Thumbs Up
