Thank you, I will give this a try. Assume your lubricating the hinges/moving parts?

Looks like the motor is sealed in.

Software update: If they did one it has made no difference - suspect I will be underneath it tomorrow lubricating the mechanism!

C-T-C says he uses white grease...I use 3in1 High Performance Lubricant with PTFE which I stumbled across by accident, but seems to work well and for much longer than other stuff I've tried. Mike - MPx

Quick update, this now works perfectly following a heavy lubing. Now have an issue of the car locking the passenger in Mad one thing after another sometimes

For every moment of joy these things will keep you busy, that's for sure.

Totally worth it.

Alright gents,

My passenger one has started to be stuck out when i walk up to it parked i notice it, and sometimes when i'm driving and when i've not even opened the passenger door. I've opened and closed the passenger door and it went back in, now it starts to go back in, senses something i would guess and then comes back out, however if i open the door and then when it starts to go back in help along with my foot also it goes in and stays in.

Do we have photos or what should be cleaned and oiled/lubed?

Our drivers one has also started to play up a little over the last few day’s, a good soaking in penetrating moisture dispersal oil followed by some white lithium grease and they are smooth as silk once again!

This really should be a service item, my caravan comes back covered in white grease on basically anything that moves but LR techs pretty much just change the oil Rolling Eyes Sold - Bell a 2015 MY16 Loire Blue Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
