United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black

Oh yeah it’s on my driveway now!!! NOT!!!

I got a call to say it’s 100% better and drives.... but they are waiting for a part a pulley or tensioner for the chain or belt. Scratching my head how it can be fixed or drive better but still needs a part. How many parts does it need 😂😂😂

I given up on it to be fair. Zapped all my energy and will to give a Censored . Apparently soon as the part is in they will fit it. Deja vu here me thinks.

So no. No update no car!!!

It's probably a belt tensioner or pulley on the front that's worn and is squeaking etc. Sounds like they want it to be 100% for you so go with it... Thumbs Up Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

In fairness they could run the car with out a tensioner if it's the alternator one they are referring too.

Still feel pretty bad for the recommendation though and it being 9 weeks

No don’t be silly. Don’t feel bad unless you are doing the work then it’s all your fault haha. No it’s fine honestly. Like I said Sean called yesterday that’s all I wanted. Communication 9 weeks fine if you communicate. I am hopeful by Thursday but then I am sure I will get that it’s a LJ part and orders are backlogged etc. We shall see. Hopefully the next call is it’s fixed come and get it and it’s £200 to pay 😂😂😂

Not sure what pulley but yes maybe it is squeaking. Current Cars
