United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

To be honest it's really not bothered me paying £600pa for road tax, I've been paying the higher band for the last 8 years when I had my 2008 Saab 9-5 hot Aero. But driving a a V8 with 2 huge turbos bolted to it means we are keeping the gulf stream flowing. Don't take any notice of Greta, the V8 will far outlast her.

So I’ve just looked at my mileage and in the last 24 months I’ve done 2513 miles.

..... £1130 in road tax.... 45p a mile then.... I need to get out more 🤣

For a year the govt made it virtually illegal to drive around unless it was essential usage due to their covid19 lockdown rules. Just argued this with my insurers when they upped last years premiums on the basis I had done just a third of the mileage I anticipated and paid for.
