Today I went out and 10 mins in I noticed a fair amount of smoke under acceleration. A little time after I get the bong of doom, engine system fault. Stopped, turned off and restarted and all good. Drove to the next layby for a quick inspection and top front of the engine driver's side covered in oil. As I changed both top turbo hoses a few days back I thought maybe another hose split. After checking everywhere and finding no obvious leak I discovered the dipstick was out of the tube 1cm and the source of the oil leak. There is every chance I either did not replace it correctly or lifted it up with a rag or something so fingers crossed. Not sure why a not sealed dipstick would cause an engine systems error.
