A 1978 two door in Lincoln Green. Mrs H found out, I choked and sold it without ever opening the door. In truth I had an independent look over it and declare it a complete shambles, so it wasn’t a hardship to move on. Waking up to a ‘you’ve won’ without a clear memory of ‘what’ is over rated 😂

@DrRob:

The money isn’t so much of a problem as persuading SWIMBO we “need” one, as it doesn’t have aircon 🙄😄🙏🏼 “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

Not one, but 2 concrete sectional garages on the same day on Ebay. As somebody mentioned earlier, waking up with a gob like Ghandi's flip-flop and 2 "Congratulations, you have won" messages is definitely over-rated.

The sections are quite heavy by the way.

I know this is not car related...but...
THIS..... Thud

During one of the lock down's the daughter said she needed a new rabbit hutch, as she had got two rescue rabbits for the grand daughter
Then had to make hutches inside and the run outside, took me ages, plus dig out the base, put down flagstones for the damn shed. When the delivery driver dropped it off, he asked me what it was for, when I said 'Rabbits' the look on his face was priceless. Whistle

I would think lots of people are on the same page as me, when the daughter said 'Rescue rabbits', my first comment was that I didn't know rabbits had special skills, cue sense of humour failure Thumbs Up

I nearly fell for a thermal imaging camera for £1000+, but thankfully snapped out of it. So whilst I do not qualify for this thread, I want it to serve as a warning to others who may be intrigued about heat leakage from older homes! Truss has now solved this at government level, apparently, so no need. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

*** BUMP! ***

C’mon guys! I’m bumping this thread, as it’s been so much fun, and too quiet as of late!

And because, with Xmas coming up, folks may be having the odd glass too many, and thinking they might “treat” themselves.

The most fun ones are when there’s a knock at the door and you have no clue what it might be…… Rolling with laughter

KEEP THEM COMING! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Bow down Bow down Bow down “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

I finally got around to fitting the last purchase:

But then decided I was sick of jacking cars up one night…

Oh and for some reason late one night also decided I needed more storage:

It’s been hard sneaking it all into the garage, especially when delivered like this:
