This is a long shot as what you have, being new, should be ok. However, for £108 I doubt this an AGM battery which it should be for this vehicle. Everything seems to be pointing towards low voltage, are you absolutely certain that new battery isn't faulty (it happens)? Is the alternator ok (you may already have looked at this, I haven't read every post in depth). Just some ideas. If you had a tool capable of reading and clearing fault codes you would be able to clear the codes yourself then check again as soon as the fault occurred.

I've had it in the indy as its done it but it throws up too many faults.

Maybe worth removing the footwell side panels to wriggle the wiring and connectors behind them. The panels are easy to remove. |

The indy spent three weeks poking around everywhere, they were at the point of removing the dash.
