Fittings brake lines

I discovered a tiny puddle under the drivers side (LHD) door this morning, and soon after I got the low brake fluid warning light.. I was waiting for it, so not a huge surprise.

I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and make the brake lines for the big rangie.
I'm going with copper tubing, but what diameter pipe should I use, and which thread connections should I get?
I remember there was a great thread/guide somewhere here on fullfatrr but I can't seem to find it.

Cunifer, an alloy of copper (Cu) nickel (Ni) and iron (fer) is the best choice, rather than pure copper.
Buy a roll, (plenty on eBay) and they will outlive the car.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the "larger" fittings?

Yes, I found the guide.
It didn't say what size the large fittings are though.

Larger unions are M12 x 1. Smaller ones are M10 x 1.

I have recently replaced all the brake pipes. I needed 2 rolls of Cunifer 3/16 or 4.8mm as the front to rear pipes are quite long and if you make a mistake there is insufficient in one roll (guess how I know!).

I split the rear pipes in to 2 pieces with a joiner in just in front of the rear wheel arch where there is an access plate on the fuel tank guard so the joint can be inspected. 2011 4.4 TDV8
