Sorry, can't see anything of note on that video, only shows the dials for a second and camera is moving too fast...

Describe the issue, stationary or moving, dies when it gets to 2000rpm or won't idle...

We need a lot more info to be able to help...

First thing to do is check the voltage on the one, or two, batteries you will have... Pete

There's a lot going on there so I'm guessing some kind of bus failure or water in the loom / damaged loom or just control bus gone crazy.

You don't say whether there's a lot of vibration accompanying those revs or not.

If it were mine I'd disconnect the battery for 10 minutes let everything die and then give it another go after hooking it up, clear all of the codes again.

But don't rev it like you do, gradually increase the revs see if it cuts out at a particular engine speed.

If no joy run through every electrical system see what works and what's not working. If it's cutting out at a specific engine speed it could be a clogged filter only allowing trickle of fuel through, stuff like that.

Have you checked earth grounds under each front wheel arches?
