A pusher type tool is whats needed. Needs to be suitably large to fit. I got one off ebay but had to grind bits off it to make it fit. Worked fine.

Yes you'll need a pushing tool like the one on eBay... Similar to the JLR tool |

I bought the 10t hydraulic version like the one in your link, with that it's a breeze to get the shaft out 👍 |

You should also buy the tool to get them back in, that was the bigger issue for me sometimes.

I drill and tapped the end of the shaft to pull it back throug, but actually it went in easily. |
