I recently had some warranty work done on the car and it took a couple of goes to pin down the problem. The first time they were unable to pinpoint it I got the classic, 'It's a characteristic of the car.' A quick silent exasperated stare soon put that theory to bed.
I swear dealers just think we check in our brains at reception when we walk in and just make it all up because yeah, we have all the time in world to waste on imaginary problems.
To be fair to Marshall, they persevered (and I was politely pleasant throughout) and the issue was eventually diagnosed and sorted. The initial work that they did was scrubbed from the bill so that saved me £300+. 2017 Vogue SE
