You can just use a cheap multi meter connected up to the battery then start pulling fuses until you find it. |

The cheap one I posted the ebay link for, sadly it only works up to 20 amp fuses ( its basically a Chinese copy of the Sealey model TA120 which I have) , I am still looking for a cheap fuse tester that does up to 80 amps, as the Range Rover has a few 40a, and I think some mega 50a fuses.

If you still want to go down the clamp meter route, I got a UNI-T UT210E (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335675411604) which worked well monitoring the current drawn from the battery. |
