Would definitely be prepared to pay a premium for it, no doubt. Like you, I prefer the earlier ones, with simpler aesthetic, smaller wheels etc... For what it's worth, 3 years ago I paid £3500 for my 2003 td6, a ULEZ refugee from a smart London neighbourhood, 1 owner car in grey(3rd best colour) with grey interior, clear glass with just 28k under its wheels.

 Yep, and if it’s ad good as the chap says which I have no reason to disbelieve. Then it’s as close to new as possible, maybe bar the 4,000 mile one Jim mentioned might be better but actually one that’s at least been driven regularly might be a better prospect to actually use more, but sparingly. I’m sure there’s a few little things to do but part of owning one of these. I think I will roll up my sleeves dig out the spanner’s and look after it myself as much as possible. | ||
