Variety of replacement vendors. I used Aerosus without a problem but others on here seem not so ...

For a couple of years, I wire brushed the exposed folded area with the front suspension hanging to minimize any trapped debris. Eventually had random changes of height and compressor overheating.
I c ...

I use the same or the equivalent from S&A and see no reason to change.

I concur, twice a year with Smith & Allan 'Momentum' C1. One drained, the other vacuumed.
Overkill as I only do 3000 ...

Fitted a second battery in the RH boot space, permanently connected to the 100A terminal.
There is a 100A resettable fuse just in case but it has never tripped in five years.
I installed a pair of n ...

Replacing just the front air bags was straight forward on mine and much cheaper than replacement struts.
I made sure the lower bag was pulled down over the seals and the retaining clip fitted to keep ...

Just a silly thought, is the sensor arm the correct way round?
I believe it is possible for the arm to be fitted the wrong way around resulting in the voltage being 'backwards' for a change in height ...

After repeated error messages concerning height sensors, it turned out I had a slow leak from an air bag. I reset the heights using IID tool after changing mine.
All worked well afterwards.

Having spares on board is a great idea.
Dropping to the bump stops whilst towing a two tonne caravan is not fun.
To happen once was unfortunate, the second, beyond a joke. I intend to avoid a third! ...

I am getting some erratic readings from the front height sensors so intend to replace all four while I'm at it.

There is no difference in the towing lighting between 2011 & 2012 as far as I am aware.

I have found that a thorough degreasing of a CV joint followed by a new gaiter and fresh molybdenum disulfide CV grease works fine.

Oil & filter change before and after the annual holidays towing the tin tent.
I only do 2500 miles per year but still better than a worthless warranty.
