Apparently it can be adjusted in settings, but I’ve not found it yet, but think I can live with it as is until after the clock ... |

Charging whilst the battery is still connected to the car is fine providing you make absolutely sure to connect the leads the right way round.

Are they CR2032’s in the fob?
Buy some new Duracell and polish them with a clean tissue as you remove the plastic film to remove any grease, fingerprints etc.

Take the pipe off the non- return valve and try again.
If you get water then pump is OK and non return valve valve is blocked.
