Have you looked at the actual height sensor under the car? I think I’ve read before that the mounting can corrode and cause them to detach.

Had similar in my l322. Drivers went warm first, then passenger and then rear. Regas last year and it’s ice cold now.

Can you not just add the Gap app to the CarPlay screen using the customise option?

The Gap IID app is not CarPlay compatible so doesn’t show. Would be a good development though!

I think the answer is that’s it’s preferable to tell the car it’s got a new battery, but isn’t essential and the car will learn over a short period of time.
