Sorry to hear that - sounds pretty bad. That’s why I try and change oil every 6k-8k miles. Mines same engine and currently on 194k miles. Good point ref the injector copper washers! I got them from Duckworths. As to inlet manifold I used Britpart and they seem to be the best and good value.
