As mentioned by others, your consumption seems normal. Best I've ever got was just over 26MPG but I was in a convoy with some old Series Land Rovers doing 75KPH on the freeway all day.

| SWMBO says that the drivers manual recommends selecting neutral or park if stationary for more than 30 seconds. I haven't read it myself and I don't bother though. |
