Similar experience with a sticky rear caliper here too .. however a new caliper was the same price as the refurb kit mentioned above

Press the voice button and say " Screen Off" works a treat , but of a  if you are relying on Sat Nav though ! |

Land Rover don't do them separate , but Jaguar do , and as its exactly the same engine and fit then you just use a Jag part number , the one you need is AJ82856

Update
Variable valve solenoid replaced , this cleared the Error code for the Solenoid, not a terribly hard job as it was the cam cover on the side that is not covered by all the AirCon Pipes.
