| when was the last time you changed transfer box oil? i get similar noise from TB that goes away when oil in the transfer case is changed. |

| I always use adhesion promoter (3M Primer 94) with double sided tape or vinyl wrap. it greatly increases bond strength. |

| after you stop take fresh air box (pollen filter) out, use mirror to take good look around back of the engine. |

| You have Continuous Variable Damping, for the rear shock - they are known to "sweat" a bit but are OK. so if oil is not dripping You are ok |
