Get it fully warmed up and then give it a period of sustained revs with some spirited driving.
You could try an oil flush but it really shouldn't need it, it may well be a sticking tappet and milea ... |

I would guess a leak somewhere and low fluid?
Presume you have lowered, switched off, locked, restarted etc? |

Yes that's it. Ok, what about gearbox oil level? Guessing it could be torque converter noise?
Not something simple like the viscous fan stuck or blade broken/bent? |
