Don't you remove the ignition key when it's mid-wipe or have I imagined that? |

The first time I tried it I simply tried to stop the wiper as I remember reading that, that was what you had to do, however it prove unsuccessful . Only then did I resort to stopping the wiper mid-wipe by stopping the engine.

Three 10mm bolts under the spoiler, then slide the spoiler off and then you can remove the cap undo the 13mm nut on the wiper arm and reposition...

Does anyone know is you can replace the spindle if its worn or would it require a new motor?

Don't think you can just replace the spindle.

You may need to just tighten the 13mm nut on top of the wiper arm...
