Anyone? Thinking about just changing the thermostat. Labour is about 150-200 pounds an hour. a thermostat is about 120, and I can change it myself. |

Check your pollen filter - had a similar problem when i had my RRS. Took the filter out and it was almost blocked solid. Replaced it and had a lot more heat and quicker warm up time. |

Had a blocked pollen filter in my 7 series airflow 100% better now changed and I think the 7 series and early FFRT share a lot of parts/design in the engine and cooling areas There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

If the pollen filter was blocked would the car not heat up quicker inside? If there is no cold air coming in it will just recirculate the air in the cabin will it not? Could it be a FSR fault? Previously..

Waterpump? Why? Isn't thermostat more likely? |

If the thermostat was stuck open it would be very slow to heat up, but it would heat up eventually. As you have no heat at all the water must not be getting to your heater matrix. A valve must be stuck or the water is not circulating is my thoughts. Previously..
