| mjdronfield Member Since: 04 Nov 2011 Location: Derbyshire Posts: 8002      | I've just put BMW blank screen into google, as it's the same system, as you know, and they seem to say disconnect battery to reset it or it's a faulty nav unit, as that processes the video.

There is a link on that site describing how reloading the firmware managed to recover the system.
