Yes, 8mm Allen key to hold and spanner to tighten. I literally cannot get it any tighter or I fear something will shear. Christian.

I've just changed a front bag on mine and it has sealed with only a "normal" amount of torque on the top nut...

Opened a return to Aerosus now and ordered BWI bags, I cannot be dealing with this nonsense.

Try clamping the top swivel section in the vice and striking the top of the strut, if you've not already done so |

Could you use a big puller on the edges of the metal band around the air bag with the centre of it on the top of the strut?

Tried everything and eventually had to cut the bags off.
