Try removing it from the odb port on the car, close down the allcomms programme, reconnect to the car, then re start the programme (after you have switched the ignition on - but not started it) Reformed

As reformed said.

When I used it you had to unplug it from the port and re start the software.

I didn't sell you a faulty product Thumbs Up

If you have any doubt go to Storey's website and follow the video.

As I said, the only reason I sold it was because it didn't support the ECM on my diesel.

This should be made clear on his website.

Thumbs Up

Haha, thanks for your input, i was saying nothing of the sort and you seemed like a nice guy Smile , i just got no idea why its not working for me

I seem to be ok up to the point where it says USB: Active but as soon as i try to open comms it all goes down hill, it doesnt do nothing like the video. as in the red and blue light come up, rx tx and then linked, only my rx comes up and thats it.. oh and error LOL

Maybe try deleting the software and then re installing it again.

Hi All,

Got an update. Managed to get the all comms tool working. Air susp message gone Very Happy. How long for I dont know but going through the whole process and being able to read and clear my own faults makes me confident if there is something to be done, I can do it.

I want to thank all the people who contributed to the post, especially Rob2529 & 47p2 who has contributed since the very beginning. Certainly want to thank PaulB who sold me his all comms, sent it out special delivery and had it to me the next day.

Lastly Storey is an absolute legend, I cant say how much respect I have for the guy after reading his story and also for the help he gave me, below was his email reply to me which helped me and hopefully will help someone else if they cant pair up the laptop to the rr...........

Let see if we can try again.
This time perform the following steps in this order.
Start laptop.
Plug in USB cable (Does Windows Chime)
Start All Comms software.
Start vehicle.
Plug in OBDII cable.

Let try communications with the ABS module first. Let me know if it works.
Open Comms Button
Read Faults Button
Clear Faults Button
Close Button
Then try the Air suspension. Let me know if it works.
Open Comms Button
Read Faults Button
Clear Faults Button
Close Button

GUESS WHAT GUYS, IT DID WORK Smile

ALSO im sure at one point i did say once i get it fixed i am going to test drive the Censored out of it, well I did !!! LOL have a look:
