Heater blower isn't working, although lights on dial are (day after fitting a new battery - may be coincidence Confused ) I did a search and thought 'FSR job done...' So off to Stratstone this morning and collected one, spent 1hr+ and skinned knuckles fitting, and still not working Big Cry - any ideas please - wrong time of year not to have a blower...

Thanks Stan, I've checked fuse 34 - according to the manual, this should be the blower Confused Also had FSR removed and connected 3 times now and still no joy Big Cry

Can I also suggest that you check the following fuses, although not directly blower protecting they serve various Hevac ecu functions and may be related.

Fuse 64 50A
12 10A
34 7.5A
61 50A
53 30A

Also have you checked that the +ve feed connection for the fuseboard at the pyrotechnic device at the battery terminals is tight?

The only thing I can think of is that a fault has logged on the Hevac ecu at battery changeover for some reason and now needs cleared.
I doubt your blower motor has gone.

Removed the front housing this morning, blades seem to turn OK Confused Think I'll order another FSR before I strip down any further. I suppose it's not unheard of for a new one to be faulty Shocked

i'm still leaning to bad connections/wiring john but it could be a faulty fsr. ... - .- -.
