Slightly more here but there was extra work.

£250-350 inc vat is what people should expect to pay in total from any decent garage Thumbs Up

I had mine done by my Indy and they put in cupronickel lines for about 1/2 the price a main dealer quoted for oem.

Spooky coincidence, or revenue generator?

What unions are required?

I have the LR front and rear flexis ready to go on, but need to replace the long front to back runs? .

Germany 2017 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Carpathian Grey

After reading this article, I climbed under my Range Rover and looked: only little white corrosion, could clean them, and gave them some transparent grease, will see next month, BUT: my BMW 530d E61 from 2005 has the same problems, because reading about this common problem in the BMW-E60-forum, they are fully corroded, and at one part there comes out some brakefluid! The german TÜV (like MOT) doesn´t heard about this anytimes, because the pipes are not to see, they are under the plasic underfloor part! Will construct me and some other RR drivers new, perfect to fit, brake pipes now...

It's the same as any general brake pipe replacement guide you'd find on the web.

On my 4.4 v8, I replaced mine from half way along where the pipe runs front to rear by the sill. Then ran pipes backs to the rear suspension.

Hardest part was getting the pipe up and past the fuel filter / tank area.

I did mine with a basic pipe flare tool, a small pipe cutter and copper piping. It's all pretty standard stuff.

I think though I just bought genuine replacement pipes where thy run along the suspension arms. V8 or else ...

Just got mine done front to back pipes at the Indy, it would have failed the MOT apparently. also had a new alternator fitted and rear suspension bushes done plus a turbo hose as well, all in just over a couple of grand with the MOT, service and loan of a freelander for 4 days.

Should keep it going for another 6 months Very Happy Geoff

I am planning to change mine, but can not see how to get them down the small gap just in front on the nearside wheel arch before they run parallel with the sill. I have bought pre-formed genuine parts and wondered if there was some trick to get them through the gap. 2014 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography & 2015 3.0SDV6 HSE Lux Discovery 4
