I work in Sheffield so had already contacted him about a pulley upgrade. So count me in if we get a group buy! |

If it was that simple to get a BHP increase Land Rover would have done it. Don't forget the supercharger was designed to run at a certain speed to be efficient & the faster it turns the faster it wears out. It could also cause problems for the cooling of the supercharger. The air box has also been designed to flow the right amount of air & any more could ruin the flow. As above to even try to get more power without altering the fuel air mix and exhaust etc is pointless. Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue |

This mod is known for all M112 blowers, as carried out on all Jaguars etc, regularly, so if you research it first you will find it allows a better torque delivery at lower rev range, which is where we need it most, the upper range, the blower bypasses anyway as the pressure valve is opened at this range anyway.

Useful info there highfell and sorry to hear that all the expense of the mods you had done made little difference.

Checked with my insurer and they are being bell-ends about premiums so I'm out unfortunately. I'll probably have both pulleys and the intercoolers done when my insurance renews and I got with a specialist. Then off to Pete Bell for a remap, wow I love living in Yorkshire! |

The installation method seems somewhat crude - don't fancy that i'm afraid....... Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather..... |

I have uploaded the fitting guide supplied from the manufacture in advance, I am not a believer in grinding / cutting, I would rather have a puller on the original pulley and apply controlled heat carefully to allow controlled removal with no effect on the blower shaft.
