Probably caused by excessively loud music on the motorway after a stressful day, but my door cards seem to rattle when listening to music. Apart from the obvious solution of turning the music down, is there a way to tighten up the fitting? Alternatively how do you remove the cards so I can put some sound proofing in?

My 'door lock pop ups' rattle Really don't want to pop the cards off just for that - after owning four of the things I never had this before! Land Rover Addict

If you're taking the door card off, I'd be tempted to give any parts that vibrate a layer of Dynamat sound deadening material.
