Door cards vibrating when listening to music

Probably caused by excessively loud music on the motorway after a stressful day, but my door cards seem to rattle when listening to music. Apart from the obvious solution of turning the music down, is there a way to tighten up the fitting? Alternatively how do you remove the cards so I can put some sound proofing in?

When I got mine last year I had a similar fault, pop the offending door card off and tighten the bolts on the speakers. Thumbs Up

Can't tell you how, the dealer did mine...

My 'door lock pop ups' rattle Sad Really don't want to pop the cards off just for that - after owning four of the things I never had this before! Land Rover Addict

If you're taking the door card off, I'd be tempted to give any parts that vibrate a layer of Dynamat sound deadening material.

(flashing tape from DIY outlets is c cheap alternative, but will usually require more layers) Researching my first Range Rover purchase
