They are normally very responsive. Must be a hiccup with there systems. |

Agree - they are usually super responsive & helpful, so not sure what the issue is.

must be your computer thats the problem zulu man cos i can download the manual and if i can do that then i would probably be able to activate a iidtool as well..

Just had a tool around their site, including login and download, all seems fine. Suggest an email to Pat advising of the issues you are having. .

Thanks for all the responses. That's the reason why I quoted the fact that I was using Mx Tools, and I ran the test from two IPs before posting, so I know that it has nothing to do with my computer(s)... |

If you're very conversant with IT then you will know that internet connectivity can be flaky at times and for no apparent reason.

I first attempted to use the site at 06:00Z onwards and then later at 13:00Z, from two significantly geographically displaced IPs, which cannot be using the same infrastructure, so the problem was definitely not in the UK.
