xenon 6000k

i fitted some hid 6000k bulbs over the weekend and they look a bit more bluer than the 4300k OE bulbs, well chuffed...not a very good pic [one replaced] but hopefully you'll see the difference.

if anyone does want to do this make sure you get replacement bulbs with the four metal anti vibration tabs at the bottom of the glass bit otherwise the bulb wont fit.. ... - .- -.

thanks mate.
You had any problems with the car thinking you have a bulb out due to the lower power needed on these newer lights? FFRR TD6 HSE

6000 is a bit on the blue side for me, i think the merc's use 6000 i use 5500 they are a bit more whiter then standard, i swap my inner haligon's for led's H7 this gives you a sharp and quick light for flashing not that great on Censored roads but i live in london. the led indicator bulbs look great as well again bright and sharp flashes. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
