If you mean from UK, I don't know what the situation is in Spain but here in France, since Brexit, it appears that there is now a charge of 20% VAT plus 10% customs duty even on second hand cars imported from UK. John

Dunc.

That´s great as 1,83 will clear my garage

I was looking for battery operated tyre inflators to desinflate and inflate the wheel every time I´m in and out off the garage Wink

I think that Tommy was talking before BREXIT that no customs had to be paid

I suppose that the big difference right now it´s the customs duty because if you get the car to a dealer in UK you won-t need to pay the VAT in UK, you will need to pay it in your country

and in Spain you have to pay a registration tax in order to get the license an for this cars Diesel and with big engine I think it is a 16%

so here i Spain you pay the Neto price for the car in UK (if it a dealer or a company car I suppose) and then you pay a 21%VAT + 10% Customs and 16% Registration

Not a bad job for the government Laughing Laughing

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Siberian Silver

In the UK you can import a vehicle as a personal import. To do this you must have owned the vehicle for at least 12 months in the country you are importing from. I did this with my D3 when we returned here from Australia. No VAT or duties payable.

Yes, we imported long before Brexit... Bow down

To the OP, post up some links to the one(s) you have found?

Corrosion-wise, a Spanish L322 shouldn’t have a spot on it Thumbs Up which would make me feel better about paying a premium. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Baltic Blue, Jet interior

Hi

I`ve got to cars and I have to decide for one of them

First

2012 Range Rover 4.4 Tdv8 with two owner (they knew each other as they are friends) full service records in Land Rover dealer and with 240.000kms price ir 20.000€

2011 Range Rober Sport Tdv6 one owner full service records in Land Rover dealer and with 304.000kms (with the cambelt changed and he has toldme that has change the gearbox oild) this goes for 10.000€

The thing is that my wife says that the L322 is too big, but the know issue whith the Tdv6 engine failure worries me

I know they are different cars but whats your opinion?

Thank you

Both cheap for Spain.

Have you driven them, or examples of them to compare? As they are very different cars.

What is it you want?

Will you regret not getting the FF?

For me, it’s the TDV8. But not because the Sport isn’t good, they are just to small inside. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Baltic Blue, Jet interior

Thank you Tommy

I have updated de info , the thing is that my wife says that the FF is too big and that`s wy I`m considering the RRS

And I`m worried with the engine filure in the Tdv6

I`m with you that the FF is the oner to go for, with that V8 engine.

Yes, prices are not bad

I think that Spanish compaies are aware that things in Spain are going to be bad from the economic point of view and they are dropping prices down

both cars are company cars so I don't have to pay taxes in order to have the car registered

I think I'm going for the FF

I keep you informed and I hope to be able to introduce you my FF soon

Thank you

Well Guys

Hopefully this afeternoon I will close the deal for this FF

Is it a 2012 L322 4,4Tdv8 with 240.000kms full service history and in the last 20.000kms it has had full suspension reneved, brakes, cleaned turbo pipes and in the las 5.000kms full service in Land Rover dealer

I think it a good car and I hope to enjoy it

Now I have to search for a Silver Pack grill or maybe an Autobiography one and I would like to change the wheels

An I love the Autobiography rear bumpe with the chrome pipes
