Any muppet can of course ask whatever they like. It takes just one clown for the price to be set |

Got this bad boy almost two weeks ago...The newest Submariner delivers contemporary material and craftsmanship matched with previous (5 digit) generation proportions. They seem to have "corrected" the boxier case by slimming down the lugs. It's astonishingly comfortable to wear.

When I first got a 6 digit GMT back in 2014, I was not too happy with the "supercase" design although the watch did fit fantastically. It was a departure from the case shape of the Rolex I originally aspired to own but second hand wasn't (and still isn't) an option for me. So I learned to live with it and didn't bother me as much. But I can clearly consider this a contributing factor for not buying a 11 series Submariner myself. Now that the new case design is out, I can tell you I genuinely dislike the 11 series lugs and the 12 series GMT could also benefit from some trimming down.
