I used M E Smith Autos in Braintree, Essex for both rear jacking points on the 2003 L322 I recently purchased, I bought salvaged sections and they were able to cut out the rot and weld in the sections they needed.

They did a great job and can't recommend them enough both sides for £1000.00. They were really keen to get the job done and it was ready within a week, I had also little time, so this did not include repainting. https://mesmithautos.co.uk
