I also got zero pressure, but diesel was coming out of the outlethose from the filter. Have no idea if it starts up when I have put everything back together! If it doesnt, then I`m not sure what to do! L322 Td6

My plan is , since there’s fuel pouring out of the return line , that the problem lies somewhere between the high pressure pump and the injectors, getting new o rings and copper washers on friday so gonna do a cleaning of them and the sockets. Also wanna check the fuel pump solonoid and the o ring on it. if all that fails i plan to take the pump out and check it/clean it/ change all the rubber stuff. 😃

one hose is for the engine mounts, there will be a T piece further down the pipe where it divides off for the two mounts, the other hose is for the EGR. The leading pipe that appears intact goes across the engine to the 'reservoir tank' where there is an actuator to then feed the turbo vane actuator.

I'm assuming you have already tested that the fuel injectors are getting firing pulses before embarking on all this work? Current: 2003 TD6 HSE. 161,000 miles
