Yes, it's the daylight sensor, possibly just the cover has fallen off, if it stops working your auto lights won't switch between day DRL and night mode, not sure what other functions it supports. V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong! |

nope. this is sunload sensor for a/c control. The same as the front one. drl has nothing to it. Light sensor is under rearview mirror. |

just measures sun energy from two sides. no temperature |
