I went for a bulk order recently, at £2.50 litre I couldn't say no, just used the first 9.4l today.

| Mine was a 2016 outside of vin range and both knuckles and a o/s driveshaft were all done under the recall without any argument, so there is hope for.your case!! |

| That's an awful lot of labour as the knuckles are less than £900 each, unless they've recently increased the prices. |

I guess you need to start working through the scenarios and checking filters etc to try and assess the potential damage. An oil service fill is 9.4 litres, but 8.5 isn't going to cause a failure.
