 I know when I had a Disco there was a way to remove towbar without key! Just wondering if towbar on FFRR can be removed without key as the one i received with mine has been lost ! Obviously im concious there maybe crooks about so if possible please can you PM me . Thanks   | ||

Mine came with a broken key in the lock so I just removed it myself using rudimentary tools in not very long at all. Shame I can't get a replacement lock ...  | ||

| Knips Member Since: 01 Oct 2011 Location: United Kingdom Posts: 70      | I have a similar issue with the key snapped off in the towbar lock. I removed the bolt (green arrow) and applied moderate force to try and extract the towbar assembly from the square receiver as Stan mentioned.
