How do you adjust the tailgate lower door alignment?

My tailgate lower door has dropped slightly and I'd like to realign it as it's bugging me every time I look at the rear of my car. It's only 2 or 3 mm but enough to annoy when I can see the gap between the upper and lower doors is slightly bigger on the left than on the right.

Has anyone any experience of how to do this as I've had a look and can't see an obvious way to do it. Any info gratefully received. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

First pic is the right which is aligned okay.

Second pic is the left which has dropped slightly

And this pic provides a comparison though it's a little difficult to see.

I believe you can adjust it up and down on the hinge bolts behind the carpeted cover...

That's what I'm hoping but not clear which bolts to adjust, e.g is there an actual "adjusting bolt" or is it just a couple of bolts and a bracket/hinge? 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11
